Conditions of Use
SHIPPING, RETURNS, PRODUCT POSTING ERRORS
For standard ground shipping we use UPS and Fed Ex. These shipments will be delivered to your door. For items too large and/or heavy to ship via UPS or Fed Ex, we use freight companies such as CEVA Logistics, ABF, UPS-SCS, Roadway and USF Holland. In this case, the freight company may call you to arrange a delivery time, especially in the case of residential delivery. Freight carriers will not provide inside delivery for large items without prior approval. You might need to provide the extra manpower to transport your delivery inside.
For any reason, within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, simply return the product to us for a refund. All we ask is that you ship the product at your expense with the shipping carrier that you choose with all original packaging and documentation. No returns on custom orders.
Contact us first for a return authorization number and return instructions.
Restocking fees are applied to items been returned that are not damaged or defective.
We are not responsIble for any issues caused from any inacurate website information. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.
We are charged a 3% fee by our credit card processing company. Orders that are cancelled will be charged that fee.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: It's very important that you inspect your screen immediately after receipt, even if you won't be installing it right away. It's very rare, but if your screen does arrive damaged let us know immediately so we can file a damage claim and get you a replacement shipped. Please keep all original packaging materials since the shipping company will need to inspect and retrieve the damaged product. All screens and accessories sold on our website are manufactured by american companies who stand behind their products. As such, all products are covered by a 1-year or longer warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.
